1. Processing and Handling

  • Order Fulfillment: Most orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

  • Stock Availability: If an item is not currently in a local warehouse, processing may take up to 5 business days while we replenish stock.

  • Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for the carrier to update the tracking status online.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by destination. We primarily use CJPacket, which is a fast and reliable option for international dropshipping.

  • Payment: These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

  • Customs Delays: Neat Living is not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process in your country.

5. Missing or Significantly Delayed Packages

  • 60-Day Guarantee: If your order has not arrived within 60 days, we will provide a full refund or a free reshipment—no questions asked.

  • Lost Items: If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact your local carrier before reaching out to us.
